That'due south part of the storyline this flavour, which began final weekend afterward Amber'southward character, Amy, gave birth to a baby girl, Lyndy Marion, with husband Ty (Graham Wardle) at the end of last season.

"It's very raw and very real. The (twin sisters) on the show are lovely, happy babies and in some of the scenes the babies are supposed to be unhappy and my biggest challenge is to hide her smiling face from the camera when she'due south supposed to be crying because she'south teething. Information technology'southward been a whole new way of going near a scene."
In 2015, Heartland passed Street Legal to become the longest-running 60 minutes-long drama in Canadian tv history, while keeping the same cast throughout.
"It'due south been so incredible," said Marshall. "Very, very rarely do you lot come across a testify go even six seasons with the aforementioned cast. Only people however love it. Our baby on the show is being raised by a full family unit. I like that concept.
"I think this testify's bandage has stayed together then long because there'southward no ego on the ready. We're a pretty easygoing group to get forth with. No one has let the prove or distinction become to their caput.
"I also retrieve the location where we shoot it, having the infinite to breathe, is of import. We're out in the wilderness and y'all tin can just have a walk and take a breather with nature. When you lot're stuck in close quarters all the time, you're not always going to get along.
"And I think the presence of animals also helps."
Last season, Amy was significant while her husband was in Mongolia saving Gobi bears.
This season is near parenthood and Amy's return to caring for horses.
"It's been and so incredible," said Marshall.
"Every yr, people ask if this is going to be the last season, just then there'south and so much more than of a following the more than information technology goes on and the audition is and so invested in it that they don't want it to cease.
"I could be a grandmother on the show."
Or was it a joke?

Marshall said, different last season when the significant Amy was less involved with the horses, she's getting back to her comfort zone.
"I retrieve (Amy's) much more herself because she's working with the horses over again," said Marshall.
"For Amy and Amber, nosotros're happy to be more than involved with horses. . . . I think the audition is going to really enjoy seeing Amy and Ty every bit parents."
And parenthood for Marshall?
"I would love to have children," said Marshall. "Right now I take a very busy life. But my fans are hungry for me to have kids."
